What is an iTM?
Arizona Central Credit Union Interactive Teller Machines combine the convenience and ease of an ATM with the service of a real AZCCU associate. Like a “teller-in-a-box”, an iTM uses a combination of touch screen and video technology that offers a virtual version of an in-person banking experience. Yes, you can talk to a real AZCCU associate through a two-way video call for additional assistance without having to come into the branch!
What can an AZCCU iTM do?
- Connect with a live AZCCU associate during normal business hours: M, T, Th, F; 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., W; 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Deposit checks & cash without a deposit slip (Not able to accept/dispense coins)
- Cash checks
- Withdrawal up to $2,500 cash in 10s, 20s, & 100s!
- Make loan payments by cash, check, or transfer
- Place check AND debit card orders mailed directly to you
- Most in-branch requests – account transfers, balance inquiries, and mini account statements
How do you use an iTM?
To get started with a live associate, click “Talk to Teller” at the bottom of the screen to connect. Our support center will assist in completing most requests that you would ordinarily have to enter a branch for.

Simply insert your card to complete a transaction and proceed as you normally would with an ATM.

You can complete most typical teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments via the iTM all without having to get out of the car!
Yes, your conversation with the AZCCU associate is private. We take your privacy and security seriously and will provide the same care in regards to your privacy as if you were directly in front of us inside a branch location.
iTMs will be available during normal business hours. M, T, Th, F: 9:oo am to 5:30 pm, W: 10:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Yes, you are able to use ATM features without having to speak with an associate. It’s your choice! We are here if you need us!
