  • Limited Liability Companies – Registration of Trade Name Certificate if “doing business as” and Limited Liability Company Operating Agreement
  • General Partnerships – Partnership Agreement (if documented) and Registration of Trade Name Certificate if “doing business as”
  • Limited Partnerships – Partnership Agreement and Secretary of State Registration
  • Limited Liability Partnerships – Secretary of State Registration and Partnership Agreement
  • Corporations (Including profit & non-profit as well as non-profit associations) – Corporate Resolution, Articles of Incorporation, and Registration of Trade Name Certificate if “doing business as”
