Here’s what you will receive*:
- Up to $500 credit towards appraisal at closing.

*Applicant must enroll in HOME4LESS by notifying their Arizona Central Credit Union Mortgage Loan Officer at time of application. Applicant must use a participating real estate agent and title company from the HOME4LESS network in order to receive the credit-back benefit. The credit-back benefit must go toward closing costs and will be outlined on the Mortgage Closing Disclosure. Credit-back benefit is subject to underwriting guidelines. Credit-back benefit consists of up to 20% of the participating real estate agent’s commission, a discount on title fees, and up to $475 reimbursement on appraisal. The amount the borrower will receive is dependent on the purchase price of the home, commissions earned by the realtor, and the mortgage program’s limits on “interested party contributions.” Appraisal fee may be higher depending on property types. Appraisal fee will be paid by member at time of appraisal and will be reimbursed at the time of loan funding with Arizona Central Credit Union. Additional restrictions may apply.
